My Weekend

On the weekend I went to my cousin's house to stay with my cousin because she had no one to keep her company so I went to her house.

My cousin wanted to play pool table so we went and played. I told her to break the ball so she did.She got a solid ball in so all the stripe balls were mine. 

Then it was my turn to hit the ball but I got my cousins ball instead of my ball. But she was happy that I got her ball because she wanted to win. 

It was my cousin's turn to hit the ball but she got the black ball which means that I have won. She was a bit upset but we still had a good game. 

After that we went inside to help my uncle make dinner. We had mince and paste which was yum. Then we watched a movie and went to sleep. 

Water Fun Day

Yesterday the 12 of feb we had a water fun day. As soon as I walked through the gates I saw everyone wearing their house colors. They were wearing yellow,red,green and blue. 

Our first activity was the swimming pool. It was cold when we hoped in. But we all were splashing and laughing. Then we got out of the pool to go to our next activity.

Our second activity was water bombs so we had to line up in our house colors. So one person had to stand in front of their line and throw water balloons to their team. Kalo was throwing the water balloons to us but some of us kept on popping the water balloons. 

The third activity was lava flow so there were 2 hoops in front of us and a cone. So we had to hop into the hoops then run around the cone then run up to the courts to put the water into your house buket. The hard part was trying not to spill the water out of the cup.

Then we went to holey moly so we had a bucket of water and had a cup with holes in it and you had to try and make sure the water doesn't come out so I ran as fast as I could. 

 After that we went to the water slide. On this task we were supposed to slide down the water slide with a cup filled with water then once we reached the ground we had to run to our group bucket and pour it inside our house color bucket.

Finally our last activity was sponge bob so we had to dip our sponge in the water bucket then run to our house colour buckets and fill it up by squeezing the water out of it. It was fun and satisfying because of the part where we squeezed the water out. 

Lastly the teachers presented the places for 1st 2nd 3rd and 4th. Kowhai came 4th and Kauri came 3rd Rata cam 2nd and NIkau put up a good challenge by winning the whole thing. 

Kiwi can

At Kiwi can today we learnd about playing fair.

The first game we played was 21 there were 2 teams a girl team and a boy team.
The rules were: You only could say 2 numbers at a time , You could'nt tell the other person the number.

The next game we played was human bowling it was girls vs boys.
The rule was: Not awllowed to flich or move .


The last game we played was down the road it's all about knowlede.
The rule was : Not awllowed to call out the answer,
